Many biblical passages teach that we're not saved by our own efforts but by the grace of God alone. But the same passages also tell us good works are an essential evidence of the salvation experience. We're not saved by good works, but for good works. It begins with God's grace, and it's sustained by his grace as you shape your character by what you do as you cross the bridge.

You don’t have to talk to God through a priest. You can go right into the presence of God Almighty and He will hear you.

Don't wait until the moment of crisis. Plan ahead, hide God's Word in your heart, and pray in advance for victory, holiness, and a life pleasing to God.

When you're facing all the issues of life and you don't know what to do, accept the fact that you are human. We all are. We don't have the capacity to understand Almighty God. But you know what? We know Jesus Christ. He's the wisdom of God. And He put His Holy Spirit in us. So having access to the Holy Spirit and Jesus, we can face the challenges of today with the wisdom of God.

Our attitude toward others reveals our genuine attitude toward God.

When culture changes around us, God's standard of living does not. Even when we're engulfed by evil, the eyes of the Lord range to and fro throughout all the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Him.

God has stepped in at the last minute more than once in history (remember Moses at the Red Sea?). And He can do the same for you. Keep turning the pages by faith and let the story play out to the end.

In a world that contains tragedies, we must realize that they’re vastly outnumbered by blessings

यदि आपने मसीह में अपना विश्वास रखा है और ईश्वर के वचनों को जानने में काफी समय बिताया है, तो कठिन समय एक ऐसे चुंबक की तरह हो सकता है जो आपको प्रभु यीशु की ओर खींचता है। ऐसा कभी कुछ नहीं होगा जो यीशु मसीह को हैरान कर दे। वह अपने बच्चों को किसी भी परिस्थिति से उबारने में सक्षम हैं, और भविष्य में ऐसा एक भी काम नहीं होगा जो इस सच्चाई को बदल सके।

If you have put your faith in Christ and have spent significant time in the Word of God, the tough times can be like a magnet that draws you to the Lord Jesus. Nothing is going to happen - ever - that will catch Jesus Christ by surprise. He is able to help His children work through anything, and not a single thing is going to happen in the future that can change that fact.

स्वर्ग कोई कल्पना की उपज नहीं है। यह कोई भावना या अहसास नहीं है। यह 'कहीं का खूबसूरत द्वीप' नहीं है। यह तो एक तैयार किए गए लोगों के लिए तैयार की गई जगह है।

Heaven is not a figment of imagination. It is not a feeling or an emotion. It is not the "Beautiful Isle of Somewhere." It is a prepared place for a prepared people.

When the Bible uses the words salvation, Savior, and save, it's speaking of the total work of God in bringing people from a state of death - hopeless separation from God - to a state of everlasting life through the forgiveness of sin, based on the merits of Christ Jesus who died and rose again. Saving us is the greatest and most concrete demonstration of God's love, the definitive display of His grace throughout time and eternity.

There is a sense in which the Christian's life on earth is a dress rehearsal for heaven. Not in terms of costumes and theatrics, but in terms of worship and devotion to the One we will worship for all eternity - the Lamb who sits on the throne of heaven.

The joy of Christ is about relationship with a person. It's something you have access to, but it's also something you must choose. Christian joy shows up not only in the happy times but also in times of trial and discouragement.

Believers talk about trusting in the Lord with their whole heart and refusing to lean on thier own understanding, but no one really knows what that means until circumstances cast them headfirst into a dark and painful place. If we give ourselves fully to God in those moments, we will obtain keepsakes of Him to treasure now and forever.
