ओह! हम सबका दिल इस मसीह पर कैसे आ जाना चाहिए! ऐ ईसाइयों! अपनी आँखें प्रभु की ओर फेरो: 'यीशु को देखो, और बार-बार देखो।' जब इस संसार के खिलौने तुम्हारे सामने हैं, और ऐसे मसीह को सुसमाचार में तुम्हारे लिए प्रस्तुत किया जा रहा है, तो तुम क्यों इस दुनिया के मोह में टकटकी लगाए खड़े हो? क्या यह दुनिया तुम्हारे लिए अपनी जान दे सकती है? क्या यह दुनिया तुम्हें पिता से मिला सकती है? क्या यह दुनिया तुम्हें स्वर्ग के राज्य तक पहुँचा सकती है? जैसे मसीह ही सब कुछ हैं, वैसे ही उन्हें हमारी इच्छा, आशा, विश्वास, प्रेम और आनंद का पूरा और संपूर्ण विषय बनने दो; उन्हें सुबह उठते ही सबसे पहले और रात को सोते समय सबसे आखिर में अपने विचारों में रखो।
